# Fleetbooks

## What Fleetbooks is

Fleetbooks is organised in three layers:

1. **Intelligence** — per-trip P&L with margin flagging, daily EMI-target versus cumulative EBITDA (Fleet Intelligence), per-driver economics, monthly P&L statement with full cost-of-revenue lines, leak detection for depreciation / ITC / diesel / route losses / idle days.
2. **Operations** — modules in one app: trip sheets (handwritten OCR in every Indian language; Tamil and Hindi today), GPS, e-challans (auto-fetched from the Parivahan portal), permit reminders, fitness alerts, insurance renewals, driver bata, fuel-theft detection, expenses (recurring and fiscal-month), drivers, trucks, multi-fleet rollups.
3. **AI agents** — seven agents that run in the background: OCR agent, GPS-to-trip-sheet reconciliation agent, e-challan agent, compliance agent (permits / fitness / insurance / road tax), driver-bata agent, margin-watch agent (flags loss-making trips and routes), tax-recovery agent (surfaces unclaimed ITC and depreciation mismatches).

- Load matching / freight discovery (BlackBuck and Fr8's category).
- Freight payment settlement and escrow.
- Truck financing / working capital loans.
